
In the WordPress settings, you can define an admin email address.

This address is then used by default in Gravity Forms as the sender email {admin_email}


As described in the article ICF Settings, the sender name and email address are defined centrally in the ICF Settings.

This means you can leave the sender name and sender email fields in Gravity Forms empty.

With Reply-To, it depends on what kind of forms you have, and depending on the case, you will enter a different email address here.
If you need a general email address, we recommend using connect or welcome/connect/hello/hey@yourdomain.com and not news/info/secretariat/contact/office (is not so personal & welcoming).
