The homepage is the first page, the first impression new visitors get of you. The goal of the website: to turn new visitors (NEW) into Celebration visitors (ACTIVE).
That's why the first thing they see is a picture or video of your ICF. The other content is general, introducing the ICF (locations, our mission, our vision) and showing what's currently on offer (featured offers & events) to show visitors what you have to offer.
