We have defined that users can only be invited with an official ICF email address. All official ICF email domains are defined on WordPress.
Using email domains as an access criterion is:
a recognized standard for access restriction
a measure for data security and GDPR compliance
part of Zero Trust security principles (“Never trust anyone outside the organization”)

An ICF email address automatically shows that someone belongs to the ICF Movement (staff, leader, etc.), which makes verification and support much easier.

Ensures clear and unified communication: all users are reachable via their ICF address. In the past, private addresses often caused issues with reliability.

A fixed domain list allows automated registration, role assignment, and faster onboarding processes.
