In the submenu, you have the option of adding another menu to make it even easier for the website visitors to find the info even faster.
The submenu should be used exclusively as FAQ. What does that mean?
There can only be one headline called FAQ or similar
Submenu items are only formulated as questions
Go to the menu in the WordPress admin interface
Choose the right menu
Go to “Custom Links”
Add a random URL (does not matter which one, it is just a placeholder)
Type in “FAQ” in the “Link text” field
Move the item into the right main menu item
As soon as you add a menu item to below the FAQ, it is activated 
Go to the menu in the WordPress admin interface
Choose the right menu
Go to “Custom Links”
Add the right link in the “URL” field
Choose your Question Title and type it into the “Link Text” field
Now add the item below the created FAQ menu element
Finished!
